An energy and refining company needed a scalable data architecture to support its information management and digital strategy. Performance data was spread across departments and operational systems, which limited enterprise-wide visibility and made governance and accountability difficult to enforce.

THE SOLUTION
4Sight designed the company's Enterprise Data Warehouse, after assessing several technologies to find the right fit for a complex landscape. The engagement also delivered a data governance framework aligned with DAMA best practice, an enterprise KPI framework, and an integration strategy for bringing operational technology (OT) data from refinery environments into enterprise analytics. Throughout, 4Sight provided advisory support to the Chief Digital Officer.
