THE CHALLENGE
An agribusiness and financial services group relied on manual spreadsheets to consolidate cashflow forecasts from multiple business units. The process was slow, hard to audit, and gave treasury and leadership little real-time insight.
THE SOLUTION
4Sight designed and built a cloud-based forecasting platform using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure data pipelines. Business units now submit forecasts through Power Apps. Power Automate routes approvals, and Azure pipelines store and historise the data. Executive Power BI dashboards give leadership a live view of forecasts and historical performance.
